Sanela Badic

Sanela is the founder of Holistic Yoga Studio,

Mother of two kids, a certified Yoga Teacher and a former pedagogist and journalist. After many different experiences she chose yoga to be her life style.

Her yoga journey began almost ten years ago and brings her a lot of light, clarity, great peace and happiness into her life.
Through yoga practice, she experiences happiness, love and freedom and that is a reason why she always has a great need to pass on yoga practice to others as well.

Because of her very positive experience with yoga, she began to feel a deep desire to share her passion for yoga with others.
To gain the highest knowledge and standard in Yoga teaching, Sanela has made an effort to pursue a high education in Yoga Schools, based in Melbourne and the country where Yoga was born, India. This way she became a certified Yoga Teacher for Hata, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga.

Teaching with the heart and promoting a yogic lifestyle is her passion. Her classes are affordable, intimate and transformative.

She leads yoga classes for all skill levels from beginners through to advanced, including the facilitation of sessions to individuals, small groups and large groups/

Julia Santos

Hey’all,

I am Juliana Santos, born in Portugal a cancer sign born in 1989.

I have been qualified yoga teacher 200h + 300h. Teaching for 5 years now and I believe to have found my purpose, sharing as much as possible of this incredible learning.

I have deepened my knowledge and practice on breath work and am now learning Ayurveda – the study of life for a longer, healthier and happier way of living.

My yoga journey started over a decade ago, it was love at the first move (as most of us).

But It wasn’t until falling into the trap of a loud, uncontrollable mind that I had discovered, yoga is a gift.

Passionate about Body/Mind awareness, on and off the mat.

Vinyasa is my style and it could be a slow/gentle all the way to a power approach.

I mostly feel sad when someone relates Yoga to flexibility by saying “I’m not flexible for yoga” well it happens that yoga goes beyond the asanas and when practicing asanas for me it is how it makes my students feel. Our bodies are all different and they all carry a different stories so it does not matter how we look on a Warrior II, as long as it is executed safely.

My goal is to improve as a human being – knowledge of life is endless and I hope you join me in this journey.

We grow and learn together.

Vickie Liew

Vickie began her yoga journey in 2016 when she joined a local studio and discovered the transformative benefits of the practice. Since then, she has completed over 500 hours of teacher training in various styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Children & Teens, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Philosophy. She has also attended courses in teaching meditation and breathwork (pranayama).

For Vickie, practising yoga is a lifelong journey of learning and self-growth. Increasing her knowledge of yoga has continued to deepen Vickie’s passion for the practice and enhance her teaching.

More recently she has studied to become a Modern Qigong Teacher and is excited to guide students in this ancient and amazing self-healing, meditative movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoism philosophy.

Teaching yoga & qigong has given Vickie purpose and fulfilment. She would love to share her knowledge and passion for these practices so that you may also feel the transformational effects, now proven by western science to be so beneficial for your health and wellbeing.

Off the mat, Vickie loves connecting with family and friends, brunching at cafes, walking in nature with her dog, and sunny holidays.

Catherine Loria

Namaste means “I see the light in you, as you see the light in me”.

This, with the Golden Rule;

”To treat others as you would treat yourself”, to be kinder than necessary, is a mission I want to share with all those I come in contact with.

Through a life long practice of health and well-being I endeavour to make my passion, love, excitement and joy of yoga contagious to all around me, sharing in many ways and places, formally and incidentally, wanting others to experience in some way, the benefits and mindfulness of this practice.

I look forward to meeting you so we can develop and encourage each other on our journeys together.
