Frequently Asked Questions
Most Commonly Asked Questions
If you have a question before your session or about our clinic, see if we’ve answered it below.
Do I need to book my classes in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking your classes online, in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak times. You can easily book through our website or call the studio.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and equipment?
What if I’m a complete beginner?
No worries! Our classes are designed for all levels, and we offer beginner-friendly sessions to guide you through the fundamentals of yoga. Our instructors will support you through the poses and modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups. These can be tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, rehabilitate an injury, or simply enjoy a more personalised experience.
How early should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the class starts to give yourself time to check in, get settled, and prepare mentally for the session. This also helps prevent disruptions for other students once the class has started.
What if I have an injury or a medical condition?
Please inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before the class starts. Our instructors can offer modifications to ensure your practice is safe and comfortable. However, always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity.
What type of yoga do you offer?
We offer a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin yoga. Whether you’re looking for a gentle, meditative session or a more dynamic flow, we have a class that fits your needs. Check our schedule online for more details.
Can I eat before class?
It’s best to avoid eating a large meal at least 2 hours before your yoga class. A light snack is okay if you need a bit of energy, but practising on a full stomach can be uncomfortable during certain poses.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for our clients. If the parking lot is full, there is additional parking available nearby on Phoenix Drive, just around the corner from the studio.
