Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga involves a variety of poses, so it’s important to wear something that stretches and moves with your body. We also suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater for cooler weather or after class.
We provide yoga mats, blocks, and other necessary equipment for our classes, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Some clients feel more comfortable using their own equipment.
